What Can I Burn in an AHS Waste Oil Boiler?
Our waste oil boilers are compatible with various waste oil burners. They can burn multiple waste oil fuels, including crankcase oil, gear oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid, fuel oil, vegetable oil, and more. These boilers offer a one-stop solution for saving on heating costs and solving your waste oil disposal problem.
Better Made
Alternate Heating Systems’ waste oil boilers are ASME-Certified. We make them from SA-36 sheet steel. We cut each boiler out on our CNC fiber laser and weld them by hand. A third-party agency inspects each unit twice to ensure the highest quality. All steel is 1/4-inch thick, and all piping is schedule 80! We line the firing chamber with ceramic or firebrick, which gives a more efficient burn. Compare and be amazed.

B-Series
The B-Series waste oil boilers offer the most efficient heat exchanger and create the cleanest burn of our Waste Oil line. This efficient series is the ultimate answer to your used oil disposal challenges. When waste oil is burned, it leaves behind soot, which clings to the boiler walls. That accumulation produces adverse effects.
Our trademark Swirl Chamber Technology, combined with our cyclone ash separator, provides self-scrubbing action within the heat exchanger to reduce or prevent soot buildup, which is typical in competitors’ boilers. This allows the B-series to maintain maximum efficiency while reducing cleaning and service requirements.
PT-Series
The PT-Series offers the perfect balance between quality and cost. It offers state-of-the-art technology without a hefty price tag. The reputation of AHS for quality heating systems will allow you to reap these savings for years to come.
The PT-Series is the result of collaboration between Alternate Heating Systems and our dealers in response to a demand for high-quality, highly efficient, state-of-the-art, durable waste oil boilers that did not carry such a hefty state-of-the-art price tag. This series is based on our B-Series Premium Waste Boilers and is engineered with ease of maintenance and routine cleaning in mind. The PT waste oil boilers are a quality-built alternative to larger, more expensive waste oil systems.
